Case Management

 

 

Project LINK provides Case Management to children and their families, who are experiencing attendance issues, bullying, homelessness, mental health concerns, and requesting support services via referrals from Hillsborough County Public Schools, community support agencies, and/or family members.

 

Our Family Support Specialists assist individuals and their families in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services that are vital in the path to self-sufficiency, academic success, and a healthy lifestyle.

 

Eligibility for this service:

• Resident in the Tampa Bay Area

• Have a school-age child enrolled in public school setting

• Willingness to actively participate in program activities
